Syllable with Tones: Tones are meaning differentiating but not every syllable has four tones

For example: taˉ 他 He， taˊ X，

                    taˇ 塔 tower，

                    taˋ 踏 step on

Four tones in English? Yes

For example: T (tiˉ)- word，

                    Till (tiˊ)，

                    Thirty (tiˇ)，

                    Teeth (tiˋ)
